Bring your kids to Awana Clubs
Who: Awana Clubs are for boys and girls age 3 through grade 6.
What: Awana is an exciting kids club that builds character from the Bible. Each week the Preschool - 6th grade kids memorize Bible verses, play active group games, have fun crafts and songs, and hear a Bible story on Wednesday evenings. Clubbers earn awards and Awana bucks; the Awana bucks can be spent at the monthly Awana store!
Why: Christ's teachings are unparalleled in building the character qualities our children so desperately need and which our society has so readily abandoned.
When: Cubbies, Sparks, and Truth & Training: Wednesday evenings 6:30 to 8:15 PM, second Wednesday of September through mid-May. Please arrive at 6:20 for check-in.
Where: At Martha Lake Covenant Church, 2721 164th Street SW, Lynnwood, WA 98087-7809, at the corner where Alderwood Mall Parkway and Manor Way intersect with 164th Street SW. Map
Martha Lake Covenant Church has been hosting Awana clubs since 1985.
Awana workers are carefully screened, talented, and motivated.
Clubs are dedicated to helping each child have fun learning Bible principles, Scripture, and how we can live more fulfilling lives by its teaching.
Try it FREE for 2 weeks! Your child will get a free introductory booklet which takes a few weeks to complete.
After completing the introductory booklet, your child will need to:
Buy a Club uniform (see below).
Pay $8.00 for a handbook, usually one per year.
Pay club dues -- $23/year, or $1 each club night; discounts apply to families with 2 or more clubbers ($20/2nd clubber, $17/3rd, $14/4th, $0/additional)
