Awana Family Registration Form
Awana at Martha Lake Covenant starts on Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at 6:29 PM for children age 3 through grade 6. Students in grades 7 - 12 meet in the 24-7 Youth Group Sundays 5:00 - 7:00 PM starting on Sunday, September 11, 2005 for games and Bible study with Awana's JV (grades 7-8) and Journey 24-7 (grades 9-12) programs. Our Wednesday Feed-a-Meal program starts September 21.
Returning
clubbers earn 5 Awana Bucks for bringing a first-time visitor any club
night in September. Newcomers pay
no dues for the first 2 weeks!
Want to avoid long lines your first night??? Register by mail (postmark by Sat Sept 10) so first night check-in will be a breeze! You can use the form below. Or, bring the completed form in person. Dues are $1 per child per week, or you can save by paying the full year's dues of $23 for the first child, $20 for the second, $17 for the third, and $14 for the fourth. Mail dues (payable to MLCC) and form to the address above.
